All shipments are processed according to cash on delivery purchases

• Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment
• Back orders will be shipped as soon as the stock become available
• It is CT Autoparts’s policy to hold backorders until the product becomes

• All items will be dispatched within 48 hours until payment cleared.
• Orders will be shipped from our Sydney warehouse directly.
• Most parcels can be delivered within 1-7 working days.
• Rural areas in WA, NT can take more than 10 working days.
• Does NOT factor in weekends and local public holidays.
• We provide FREE POSTAGE or FLAT RATE POSTAGE to 99% areas in Australia-wide.
  However, some faraway areas may not be eligible.
  Seller will contact buyer if the item needs extra shipping cost.

• We are not directly liable for any loss or damages on non-insured shipments.

• CT Autoparts provides warranty for performance light products and D1 Spec products. If your product is faulty during this period, we will offer you an exchange. However, this is only valid if the fault is due to manufacturing and not damage done on the buyer’s behalf.
• Our warranty does not cover the general maintenance of products.
• We also provide a 7-day exchange if you are not happy with the product.
• For return and warranty replacements, buyers must pay for the shipping.

We also provide a NON-INTEREST lay-by, but the product will only be delivered after the full payment is received.
