How long has CT Autoparts been in business? CT Autoparts was established in 2004, making us one of Australia’s most experienced online automotive parts distributors. With over 20 years of experience, we have supplied thousands of customers with high-quality aftermarket parts for JDM, Euro, and Australian vehicles.

What car brands do you specialise in? We carry a huge range of aftermarket parts for JDM, Euro, and Aussie vehicles. We are particularly famous for our Subaru (WRX/STI) and Toyota (86/BRZ/Hilux) lighting ranges. We also stock premium parts for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan (Skyline/Silvia), Mitsubishi (Lancer/Evo), Ford, and Holden.

Do you ship Australia-wide? Yes! We ship to 99% of locations across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. Most orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 48 hours. We also offer international shipping to selected countries.

Are your headlights and tail lights plug-and-play? The majority of our LED headlights and tail lights (such as our popular 3D Angel Eyes and Sequential indicators) are designed as direct OEM replacements. This means they use your factory plugs and mounting points, making installation straightforward. However, for some specific “Halo” or DRL features, minor wiring (splicing) may be required.

How do I check if a part fits my car? We recommend checking the specific “Year” and “Chassis Code” (e.g., Subaru WRX GD, BMW X5 G05) listed in our product descriptions. If you are unsure, please contact our team with your vehicle details, and we will confirm fitment for you.

Can I pick up my order in person? Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service for our Sydney customers. You can pick up your parts directly from our warehouse in Wetherill Park, NSW. Please ensure you select “Pick Up” at checkout and wait for your confirmation email before visiting. Our collection hours are typically Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 4:00 pm.

Installation & Fitment 

Do you offer installation services? We do not provide in-house installation services at our warehouse. However, we can recommend professional installers to assist you with your upgrade. We strongly advise having all lighting and performance parts installed by a qualified technician to ensure correct fitment and maintain your warranty. Please contact our team, and we can point you toward a trusted installer in your area.

Are your parts Genuine or Aftermarket? CT Autoparts offers a diverse selection to suit every build. We stock Genuine OEM parts for those seeking factory-original replacements, as well as premium Aftermarket upgrades (such as LED lighting and body kits) designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications. Whether you need a direct factory replacement or a custom performance look, we have options to suit your requirements.

Returns & Warranty 

What happens if I order the wrong part? We understand that finding the right part can be confusing. CT Autoparts offers a 7-day exchange policy for incorrect choices. If you notify us within 7 days of receiving your item, and it is still brand new in its original packaging, we can arrange an exchange or store credit (a 20% restocking fee may apply).

How do I make a warranty claim? If you believe an item is defective, please contact our team immediately at [email protected]. We will guide you through the troubleshooting process. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, giving you peace of mind with your upgrade.

My new headlights have condensation inside, is this normal? Yes, it is common to see minor condensation (fogging) inside new headlights due to temperature differences or humidity during shipping. This is widely known as “Lens Condensation” and usually clears up on its own after the lights have been used for a few days. However, if you see large water droplets or pooling water (leaking), this is not normal—please contact us immediately for a warranty assessment.

Payments & Orders 

What payment methods do you accept? We want to make your upgrade easy. CT Autoparts accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Direct Bank Transfer. We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later options like Afterpay and ZipPay, allowing you to get your parts now and pay over time.

Do you offer Trade Discounts for workshops? Yes! We support the automotive community. If you are a legitimate automotive workshop, car club, or parts reseller, you may be eligible for our Trade Pricing Program. Please reach out to us with your business details to discuss setting up a trade account.

How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery in real-time via the courier’s website (e.g., Australia Post, Aramex, or CouriersPlease).
