All shipments are processed according to cash on delivery purchases
Ordering

- Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment
- Back orders will be shipped as soon as the stock become available
- It is CT Autoparts’s policy to hold backorders until the product becomes available for shipment

Shipment policy
- CT Autoparts provide Worldwide shipping at the expense of the buyer
- We provide free shipping to Australia nationwide
- For other country, please contact me for postage prices
Return / Warranty
- CT Autoparts provide warranty for performance light products and D1 spec products. If your product is faulty during this period we will offer you an exchange. However, this is only valid if the fault is due to manufacturing and not damage done on the buyers behalf.
- Our warranty does not cover the general maintenance of products.
- We also provide 7 days exchange if you are not happy with the product
- For Return and Warranty Replacements , buyers must pay for the shipping
Lay-By
- We also provide a NON-INTEREST lay-by, but the product will only be delivered after the full payment is received.
